Terms and Conditions
1: The promoter of the competition is Concoction Ltd, 6 Cavendish Gardens, Trouville Road, London, SW4 8QW (the Promoter).
2: These terms and conditions are available by sending a SAE to: Spot The Balls Competition T&Cs, 6 Cavendish Gardens, Trouville Road, London, SW4 8QW.
3: Mobile users who send texts in connection with the competition are liable for the content of all such texts received by the Promoter's mobile gateway.
4: Neither the Promoter nor its affiliated companies shall be liable for mobile operator errors and/or lost entries.
5: Participants under the age of 18 must seek permission from their parent or guardian before texting from a mobile phone.
6: By entering the competition you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and be bound by them.
7: Any person who is an employee of the Promoter or its affiliated companies or a family member of an employee of the Promoter or its affiliated companies or any other person who is directly connected with the organisation of the competition is ineligible to participate.
8: Entrants to the competition must be domiciled in the UK and must be 16yrs of age or over.
9: All decisions of the Promoter will be final and binding on entrants. No correspondence will be entered into in connection with the competition.
10: Answers will be entered automatically upon receipt by the Promoter. No responsibility or liability will be taken or accepted by the Promoter or its affiliated companies for any entries/answers that are illegible, misdirected, lost for technical reasons or received after the closing date and such entries/answers shall be disregarded.
11: If for any reason the advertised prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value. None of the prizes may be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative will be offered. Only one prize will be awarded per household.
12: The winner(s) name(s) will be selected in a random draw from the correct answers received once the applicable entrant thresholds are reached. The Promoter's decision in this regard is final. Winner(s) will be notified within seven days after the winner(s) have been ascertained. Names and counties of residence of winners are available from the Promoter upon request and entry into the competition shall authorise the Promoter to publish your name and county of residence should you be the/a winner.
13: If the winner(s) of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts having been made by the Promoter then the Promoter may dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner(s).
14: Each text entry will cost the subscriber £1.50 in UK plus the cost of a standard text message from the subscriber's mobile operator.
15: The winner may be required to take part in publicity activity. Entry to the competition is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time if events or circumstances occur outside its control which makes this necessary.
16: This competition is governed by English law.
